DEFINITION OF A LIFE-CONTROLLING PROBLEM

Anything that masters our lives and blocks our spiritual growth is a

life-controlling problem.

All things are lawful for me, but all things are not helpful.  All things are lawfulf for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.

Examples Of Life-Controlling Problems

• SUBSTANCES  - drugs, alcohol, fond, prescription medicines

• BEHAVIORS - gambling, pornography, anger, compulsive spending, workaholicism

• RELATIONSHIPS - codependency, enabling or embedded or enmeshed and other unhealthy relationships
