What is a typical Power2Change group like?

• There will be anywhere from 4 to 10 people in your group. 2 of those people will be Facilitators.

• You will be given a workbook to use and keep.

• Sessions are for 90 minutes.

• Unless inappropriate for the topic, there may be men and women

• in your group.

• You are never forced to speak, only when you want to.

• Confidentiality is a critical rule....what is said in the group stays in the group.

• Most classes are for 9 weeks, some slightly longer.

• Each session has 4 phases: 1) Introduction, 2) self-awareness,

• 3) spiritual awareness, and 4) application.

• Suggested donation per curriculum of multiple sessions is $20 each,

       with scholarships available when necessary.
